Call for Abstracts
The Organising Committee invites you to submit abstracts for oral or poster presentations for the Petromass 2022.
Abstract submission to be considered for oral presentations: March 01, 2022
Notification about abstract allocation: March 15, 2022
Abstract submission for poster presentations: March 15, 2022
Registration fee payment deadline for including the abstract into the final program: April 5, 2022
Abstract Submission Rules and Guidelines
The abstracts should be send as Microsoft Word file (format *.doc). The text should not exceed 1 page of A4 format, including pictures (margins: left -3 cm, right – 2 cm, top and bottom – 2 cm).
Title The abstracts title should not exceed 200 characters, including spaces. Times New Roman, 14 pt, bold should be used for the title.
Authors Initials, full surname (example I. V. Smith). If authors are from the different organizations use the number as superscript after the surnames which should correspond to the organization. The name of the presenting author should be underlined. The name of the corresponding author should be marked with *. Times New Roman, 14 pt. should be used for the text formatting.
Organization The participant should provide full organization or institute name, postal address (street, the house number, postcode and country). If there are several authors from different organizations each organization name and postal address should be provided with the new line with superscript number at the beginning. The corresponding author provides e-mail address after the organization address. Times New Roman, 12 pt. should be used for the text formatting.
Abstract The abstract should not exceed 400 words (about 2000 characters). All pictures, diagrams, tables should be included into the text. Times New Roman, 12 pt. should be used for the text formatting.
References should be numbered with Arabic numerals in square brackets in accordance with enumeration. The references should contain initials, all authors’ surnames and journal catch-up title (in accordance with Chemical Abstract system).
The abstracts submitted not in accordance with the rules will not be accepted.

Transfers to/from airport
The venue of the Conference (Hotel Agapi Beach Resort) situates 12 km frpm the Heraklion International airport. The hotel may be reached by bus (0.5 Euro) or taxi (12 Euro).
